 Congratulations to Personal Trainer Sam Prigmore who qualified with WABBA in 2009 as one of the top scoring Personal Trainers in the UK and now also undertakes WABBA Instructor Assessments in the South East. Sam will be basing his PT business in the Rainham, Barking and Dagenham areas of Essex.
Sam is already well known and respected as both a WABBA and Martial Arts Instructor in Essex running many classes and 1-2-1 gym client sessions each week.
Now Sam wants to help more people achieve their goals and ambitions by tailoring workouts and nutrition plans specifically to their individual needs from the experience and knowledge he has gained.
